Stuart Higgins: Managing Director
Stuart is ex-editor of the Sun newspaper (1994 - 1998). He joined The Sun in 1979 and worked as news editors, New York correspondent, Royal reporter, features editor and deputy editor, during which time he has built up an unrivalled network of contacts which he maintains
today.
Nathalie Joel-Smith: PA to Stuart Higgins

Nathalie joined SHC as Stuart’s PA in April 2009 and is covering maternity leave. On a day-to-day basis she manages Stuart’s diary, liaises with clients, carries out research and collates client coverage, as well as ensuring the general smooth running of the office. She also supports the team when required, putting together coverage reports, representing SHC on-site at events, and most recently handling PR projects around Grand Designs Live Birmingham.

She trained professionally in Musical Theatre at Arts Educational London, and worked as an actress/singer/dancer until 2007; in musicals, on a P&O cruise liner, in commercials and as a TV presenter.  Nathalie then went on to join the Gamesys Ltd Marketing division as a PA/Team Administrator and Events Co-ordinator.

 
Nazia Ahmed: Senior Account Executive

Nazia provides support to the Account Managers at SHC, working closely with Alexandra Davison on Grand Designs Live London and Birmingham and Stuff Magazine, as well as providing support to Stuart Higgins and Tara Mallet.

Before joining SHC in September 2008, Nazia’s previous PR experience included working for elite fashion PR company Mandi Lennard Publicity, she then moved  into music PR where she worked as a Publicist at Orbit PR for five years handling the careers of  many bands (including The Noisettes). Nazia moved on from music PR to work at Ocean Media Publicity where she handled the home entertainment releases for Universal Pictures and Universal NBC. Her role also included handling the PR for EMPIRE magazine, and providing support for events like the EMPIRE Film Awards, BAFTA Children’s Film & TV Awards and the MOJO Honours Awards.

   
 

Natalie Phillips: Account Manager

Natalie looks after all of the entertainment clients at SHC including Hello! Magazine and Wedding TV, as well as working across various corporate and event accounts. Joining from ITV, Natalie worked in the Programme Publicity department, focusing on the entertainment, comedy and factual output of the digital channels.

During her four years at ITV, Natalie developed key relationships with celebrities, agents and journalists within the TV and entertainment industry. As part of her role as Publicity Manager she  also headed up various publicity events and launches, including the first ever bloggers press launch.

Alexandra Davison: Account Manager

Alex joined SHC in 2005 as a graduate in Public Relations, and now handles day-to-day management of SHC's corporate and consumer clients, as well as developing online PR strategies for the company and its clients.

Alex's previous PR experience includes two years handling accounts in the healthcare, travel, sponsorship and consumer drinks sectors with CCD Healthcare PR & Oakes Bacot PR.

Tara Mallett: Client Manager

Tara heads up SHC’s talent clients which include rugby aces Danny Cipriani and Dominic Waldouck

Andy Murray, and Olympic swimmers Mark Foster and Sharron Davies. She joined SHC from SPARKS where she worked as communications Manager dealing with high profile sporting personalities.

Tara began her career as a broadcast journalist including stints at Kilroy and TalkSPORT radio. She has great experience of dealing with celebrities and agents and brings a wealth of experience and a little black book of fantastic contacts with her.
